Chain Snatch (Capture the Flag)
Type: Flag-based objective
Teams: 6v6
Duration: 10 minutes
Win Condition: First team to 3 captures
How It Works
Steal the enemy chain from their base and bring it back to your own. First to 3 captures wins.
If your chain is stolen, you must return it before you can score.
The Golden Rule
Always return your chain first.
If the enemy has your chain, capturing theirs means nothing - the round doesn't end until chains are reset. Returning the flag is always the priority.
Offense Strategy
The Flag Runner
One designated player grabs the chain. Their only job is to get it home:
- Use the fastest route (usually through the middle)
- Run SMG with lightweight perks
- Avoid combat at all costs
- Let teammates clear the path
Escort
The runner needs protection. Two teammates should push ahead to clear the route. If the runner dies, don't chase the chain into enemy territory - reset first.
Defense Strategy
Home Guardian
One player stays at base at all times. Their job is to kill flag runners.
Chase Protocol
When your chain is taken:
- Immediately have 2 players chase
- Call the runner's route
- The chaser should be faster (SMG, Lightweight)
Best Loadouts
| Role | Weapon | Perks |
|---|---|---|
| Flag Runner | MP5 | Lightweight, Marathon |
| Escort | Uzi | Quick Draw, Lightweight |
| Home Guard | AK-12 | Ghost |
| Chaser | Uzi | Lightweight, Sleight of Hand |
Map Control
Mid Control
Holding the middle of the map makes both attack and defense easier. If your team controls mid, flag runs succeed and enemy runs fail.
Common Mistakes
❌ Chasing the enemy flag carrier deep into their territory ❌ No home guard (easy captures against you) ❌ Flag runner engaging in fights ❌ Not returning your own chain before pushing
