Beginner Tips

Combat Fundamentals

1. Always Aim for the Head Headshots deal 1.5-2x damage. Practice headshot aim in bot matches.

2. Use Cover Constantly Never stand in the open. Move from cover to cover, reload behind walls.

3. Learn to Strafe Hold A/D while shooting to dodge enemy bullets. Never stand still.

4. Control Your Recoil Burst fire at medium range instead of full auto. Pull down slightly while shooting.

5. Listen for Audio Cues

  • Footsteps reveal enemy positions
  • Gunfire shows active combat zones
  • Reload sounds = vulnerable enemy

Movement Tips

1. Sprint Smart Don't sprint around corners - you're defenseless. Sprint in safe areas only.

2. Slide When Appropriate Sliding is faster than running in some situations. Practice slide-to-cover.

3. Jump Peek Corners Jump around corners to surprise enemies and make yourself harder to hit.

4. Don't Make Noise Walk (not sprint) when flanking or in enemy territory.

Loadout Tips

1. Start with Meta Weapons Use proven weapons before experimenting:

  • Uzi (SMG)
  • Pump Shotgun

2. Match Weapon to Map

  • Big maps = Rifles/Snipers
  • Small maps = SMGs/Shotguns
  • Medium maps = Assault Rifles

3. Balance Your Perks Don't stack similar perks. Mix offensive, defensive, and utility.

4. Save Killstreaks Don't use them immediately. Stack for crucial moments.

Advanced Tactics

Map Control

  • High ground spots
  • Central locations
  • Objective-adjacent areas

Rotation Timing Rotate before you're forced to:

  • Move proactively, not reactively
  • Control next zone before losing current
  • Use teammates as information

Spawn Manipulation Force enemies to spawn where you want:

  • Push slightly into their spawn
  • Control majority of map
  • Don't flip spawns randomly

Combat Strategies

Pre-Aiming Aim where enemies will appear before they do:

  • Pre-aim common corners

  • Hold crosshair at head level

Trading Kills If teammate dies, immediately trade:

  • You get even trade (1 for 1)
  • Enemy is weak from previous fight
  • Numbers advantage restored

Baiting Use teammates or yourself as bait:

  • Teammate engages, you flank
  • Show yourself, retreat to trap
  • Fake push one route, hit another

Team Play

Communication Call out:

  • Enemy positions ("2 on A")
  • Your actions ("I'm flanking right")
  • Kills ("Got one mid")
  • Needs ("Need help B")

Teamshots Shoot the same target as teammate:

  • Enemy can't fight back
